Normally I really like <em><a href=\"http:\/\/germanfood.about.com\/od\/meatbasedrecipesandmenu\/r\/zurichgeschnetz.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Zurcher geschnetzletes.<\/a><\/em> It&rsquo;s a Swiss dish, native to Zurich:&nbsp;the second word in the&nbsp;name comes from a word meaning to cut something into strips or thin slices. It&nbsp;normally&nbsp;involves strips&nbsp;of veal in a cream sauce with mushrooms (morels if you&rsquo;re lucky), and it&rsquo;s served with&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.europeancuisines.com\/Swiss-German-Austrian-Spatzli-Spatzle-Spaetzle-Tiny-Flour-Dumplings-Recipe\" target=\"_blank\">spaetzli <\/a>(or other noodles) or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/alton-brown\/potato-roesti-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">r\u00f6sti.<\/a> But after seeing <em>this<\/em> stuff &mdash; ewwwww.
