I see from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookslut.com\/blog\/\">Blog of a Bookslut<\/a> that there&#8217;s just been <a href=\"http:\/\/books.guardian.co.uk\/extracts\/story\/0,6761,1208360,00.html\">an article in the <i>Guardian<\/i><\/a> that restates the heart of my rant with some interesting additions &#8212; including the suggestion that some of the present wave of gluten and yeast allergies can be laid at the door of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dianeduane.com\/outofambit\/2002\/12\/09\/90030371\/\">the Chorleywood process.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I wouldn&#8217;t be even slightly surprised. Grr.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Nothing to do by way of direct resistance but get out some of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bienmanger.com\/1F179Olg_Farine_Petit_Epeautre_Provence_Bio.html?sope=13mstjoepeau00\">that super &#8220;primitive-grain&#8221; flour<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bienmanger.com\/\">BienManger.com in France<\/a> and make bread the old-fashioned way.
